The Laundromat Cafe in Reykjavik is a unique hidden gem coffee house that is part cafe, part working laundromat!
The cafe is designed as a colourful American diner and modelled after the Laundromat Cafe in Copenhagen, Denmark. It's cozy and warm atmosphere invites crowds of people reading, working or catching up with friends. There are magazines and colourful books lining the bars, maps covering the walls and a bookshelf bar adorned with colourful red chairs. On the menu are lunch snackables like sandwiches, burgers and milkshakes. The Laundromat Cafe is even famous for serving up some of the best brunch in the city. In the evenings, the Cafe becomes a bustling bar and stays open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
