Little Kook Cafe

Contrasting the ancient ruins in Athens is the vibrant dessert cafe, Little Kook. With its fairytale theme and delicious treats, this cafe is a unique experience outside of your traditional restaurant downtown Athens. 

You absolutely cannot miss this restaurant on Pittaki Street close to Monastiraki Square, as you can notice it a mile away with its extravagant decor. The mission of the restaurant is to transport visitors to a magical and whimsical realm. What makes this cafe even more unique is that the theme changes with each season  - when we visited at the end of September, it was Halloween themed. I'd love to see it at different times of the year, particularly at Christmastime.

The spectacle of Little Kook continues inside the restaurant where decorations and furniture bring this fairytale to life! You may catch a glimpse of Santa Claus, Cinderella or the Cheshire Cat all in the same room. There's even a dedicated Christmas room where its Christmas every day of the year. 

Stop in at Little Kook for a slice of cake or a cup of hot cocoa and stay for the spectacle! You won't be disappointed.
