Griffis Sculpture Park

Just 45 minutes south of Buffalo and close to Ellicottville, NY, there lies an incredible sculpture park that is not to be missed on your next road trip.
Founded in 1966, Griffis Sculpture Park is the largest sculpture park in the country, boasting a collection of over 250 sculptures crafted by local and international artists alike. These unique sculptures are spread out among a breathtaking 400-acre landscape of rolling hills, tranquil ponds and lush forests.
I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the numerous trails and discovering several interesting sculptures on the way. Due to the park's vast size, we encountered few other visitors and it felt like we were uncovering the park for the first time. Be prepared with your running shoes as you could easily spend hours wandering the marked trails.
This sculpture park is a unique hidden gem that is a perfect addition to your NY state road trip. It's ideal to pack a picnic lunch and be prepared to explore the afternoon away!
Admission is a mere $5 for adults and children can enter for free (Pets are also allowed).

One of the many beautiful sculptures amongst the beautiful setting

While I do hate mosquitos, I quite like this.
