Fairytale Athens

If you're looking for the most instagrammable restaurant in Athens, look no further than the Fairytale restaurant. 

As soon as you walk through the doors, it's as if you are Alice falling into Wonderland as you enter the magical world. This whimsical and eclectic restaurant is complete with mushrooms, flamingoes, epic floral displays and even a giant swan that you can sit in. If you're a fan of Disney movies, this absolutely must be on your Greece bucket-list. 

You can have your very own tea party here with the wonderfully presented coffee and latte drinks. I ordered a pink cappuccino and it was served in a beautiful glass with flower petals. It was so pretty I almost didn't want to drink it! If you'd prefer a stronger concoction, they do serve alcohol here as well. The menu is full of sweets and sugary treats like the fairytale cheesecake and red velvet waffles - Your sweet tooth will definitely be satisfied. 

We enjoyed walking around the restaurant as each of the rooms is so unique and colourful. Even the bathrooms surprised us! If you're tired after a day of viewing the Greek monuments, definitely head to Fairytale for an afternoon snack and coffee.
